From the South
Travel up the M11 to the end and continue along the A14 (formerly A604).
Leave at the Bar Hill exit (the inside lane becomes the slip road). If the A14 becomes 2 lanes, you've gone too far.
At the roundabout, take the third exit, to Cambridge, Earith, Chatteris, Longstanton and Willingham. This takes you on the bridge back over the A14.
Over the bridge, take the first left (actually straight on, as the road veers right).

From the North
Take the A1 to Alconbury, then the A14 towards Cambridge.
Leave at the Bar Hill exit (just under the bridge, opposite the Little Chef), signposted Earith, Chatteris, Longstanton and Willingham. If the A14 becomes 3 lanes, you've gone too far.
As the road turns left, take the first right then right again at the T-junction to Earith, Chatteris, Longstanton and Willingham. If you accidentally cross the bridge, there is a roundabout on the far side so you can come back.

Alternatively, leave at the Boxworth exit, immediately after the Trinity Foot pub, and follow the road through Swavesey and Over. Although twisty, there are no junctions. When you arrive in Willingham, you will come to the traffic lights by the Black Bull. Go straight across into Berrycroft.

All Together Now
At the T-junction in Longstanton (1.5 miles), turn left (signposted Willingham). Continue through Longstanton.
In Willingham (2 miles including a level crossing), turn right at the traffic lights into Berrycroft. (Immediately after The Black Bull pub, just after the 30mph limit starts.)
Balland Field is the first right opposite the garage. Number 15 is on the left, just before the spur.
From Cambridge and environs
Depending on where you start, either travel up the A14 as above,
or go via Histon and Cottenham and Rampton (turn left at Cottenham Village Green).
